Tamara is a native of Casper, Wyoming and a 1996 graduate of Natrona County High School. While in law school, Tamara attained the Dean’s Honor Roll four semesters and wrote the highest scoring exam in three classes. She was also awarded several scholarships for academic achievement in law school. Tamara served as Secretary and then Vice President of the UW chapter of Christian Legal Society where she regularly led discussion groups. In her second year, Tamara and her partner placed first in the Client Counseling Competition at the University of Wyoming and participated in the Regional Competition in Omaha, Nebraska.

Tamara is currently admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Wyoming.

In her spare time, Tamara enjoys golfing, playing the violin, reading, moderating on-line Christian discussion forums, and spending time with her family.
